I spend a fairly significant amount of time looking around the internet for things that jolt my brain and heart into new directions. I run these digital errands mostly for myself and the joy of discovery, but sometimes for specific projects, and sometimes to help fill in decks I’m making for commercials. As time goes by and the images age on my desktop and I forget why exactly I saved them, they start to form different narratives and stories in collaboration with each other that inspire me in different ways. Something I may have saved for a yogurt commercial somehow links up with a screenshot from 2016 that I don’t remember grabbing to create an unexpected feeling inside me that’s a totally random chance type thing.
With that said, here’s today’s exquisite corpse dump of inspiration images from around the internet. I don’t know who is responsible for a lot of these at this point, but I’m very grateful all these images exist and hang out with me when I’m at my computer. At the end, there’s a credit to everyone I can remember.
I love the poetry that gets created when looking at other people’s images out of context all at once. Enjoy. I’m calling this one:
